Waltz Vineyards, Manheim requires reservations for all visitors, especially on Saturdays. Wine tastings are available Monday-Saturday (select the time that best suits your plans below).  We reserve the right to turn away unscheduled groups (over 6 people) arriving at our winery. Please fill out the form to request a scheduled appointment. Please note that appointment availability depends on many factors, not limited to space, time of day, and already scheduled appointments & events.  Please check with the winery for updated hours during the winter.

Additionally, Waltz Vineyards expects anyone scheduling a tasting appointment to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Make sure to bring your valid government-issued ID to show that each member of your group is at least 21 years of age.
• Refrain from consuming too much alcohol before your visit. Our staff has full discretion to refuse service to anybody who is visibly intoxicated.
• Always be courteous & polite to your wine server. Ask questions!
• Please arrive ready to learn, interested in discussion, and prepared to buy wine for future enjoyment.
• No other alcoholic beverages are permitted on our property.
