This Chardonnay has a rich, creamy mouthfeel and a long finish, with a hint of warm spice and caramel.
Our best six French Oak barrels were selected to age this Chardonnay for 11 months Sur Lie. Partial MLF (Malolactic Fermentation) was also used during production.
