A smooth, creamy Chardonnay with notes of caramel, toasted nuts, vanilla, and baked apple. Enjoy now, but can be aged for 5 years or more.
Kissel Valley Chardonnay is grown, produced and bottled by Waltz Vineyards from the Garber-owned vineyard in Lititz, PA. Very limited production.
Malolactic Fermentation was used in the production and aged on the lees (“Sur Lie”, dead yeast cells) in neutral French oak barrels for 12 months.
