This is an unoaked, dry, full- bodied wine exhibiting notes of lemon, pear and minerality. Unlike most tank fermented white wines, Sémillon will age for many years, developing notes of green papaya and a very pleasant "waxy" mouthfeel
Tank fermented in stainless steel
Although Sémillon is commonly known as the grape varietal used to make Sauternes, it also produces wines with remarkable longevity, and previous vintages of this wine from our farm have proven this (2017, 2019).
